We specialize in the placement of Analyst, Associate and Vice President level professionals within private equity firms, fundamental-based hedge funds, family offices, foundations and corporate development groups.
Connie Koplan, CFA
Founder
Connie leads our recruiting efforts and has placed professionals at alternative investment firms and portfolio companies at all levels from Analysts to Managing Directors. Prior to founding CK & Company in 2006, Connie spent five years as an investment professional at Paul Capital Partners, a multi-billion private equity firm. She started her career as an Equity Research Associate at Robertson Stephens after graduating from Stanford Unviersity with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering
and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management.
